Ordering online

Quality Napkins provides safe and secure online shopping 24 hours a day via Paypal or Sagepay - our secure payment gateway  - using Visa and Mastercards.

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that doe not compromise credit card information.  This online system is 100% secure.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site.  If you wish, you may also send us a Postal order or a personal cheque.  Personal cheques will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship your merchandise. 

Please allow an additional 7 - 10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal cheque.  To order by cheque, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page  then mail the form to the address above.

Return/ Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped.  If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within 7 days of your receipt of the goods, we will arrange a refund of the goods on return of said items (excluding postage).  Or we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 10 days of the customers receipt of the product.  All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.  Return postage costs are the customers responsibility.

Delivery Information

Standard delivery:-  Goods are usually despatched via Courier within 2 working days from receipt of order.  Non stock items can take up to 21 days from receipt of order.

Express delivery:-  We have several express delivery options available.  Please contact us for more details.

Delivery charges are calculated on a per product/ weight basis for distribution within the UK only (including the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland)

For all International orders please contact us prior to submitting your order for an accurate shipping quote.  

Prices

Goods are charged at the price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order.  Prices are correct at the time of publication.  Errors and emissions are excepted.  Orders will be processed at our publishes prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, fax, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days.)  It will then be dealt with confidentially and effectively.

We supply to both the general public and trade.

Hours of Business

Our phones are manned and storeroom open Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, outwith these hours all calls will be redirected to a mobile phone or voicemail.
